These terms govern Stickman Studio, operated by Dicken Christian under the SwiftApps name. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Questions can be sent to support@swiftapps.club.

Your account

Cloud generation requires Sign in with Apple, an internet connection, permission to process your content, and enough credits. You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to the service where you live; if you are below the age of majority, a parent or guardian must permit your use. Keep access to your Apple account secure. Free trials are limited to one per eligible account and may not be repeatedly claimed through account recreation.

Your content and generated work

You retain your rights to content you submit. You give us and the providers used for your requested generation permission to process that content to deliver the service. Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including reference pictures and information about other people.

You may edit and export generated work, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms governing the relevant AI provider. Generated content may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or not eligible for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusive rights, originality, factual accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review the script, pictures, and narration before sharing.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, sexual exploitation, abusive or hateful material, deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, or infringement of intellectual property. Do not evade provider safeguards, attack the service, automate abuse, or manipulate free trials and purchase records. We may reject generation requests or restrict accounts that misuse the service. Contact support to report harmful output or appeal an account restriction.

Credits and purchases

At launch, a script generation uses 1 credit, a picture uses 5 credits, and narration uses 1 credit per 1,000 characters, rounded up separately for each scene. Creating another version uses new credits. Editing saved work and exporting do not use generation credits. Failed generation jobs return their reserved credits.

Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases through Apple in-app purchase. The app shows the storefront price before purchase. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiration, are attached to your Stickman Studio account, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. They are not a subscription. Apple’s payment terms apply; request refunds through Apple’s refund service. Approved refunds reverse the associated credits.

Generating content depends on available service capacity and provider availability. If generation is interrupted, retain your project and retry the unfinished step. Contact support about missing credits or a purchase that has not appeared. Use the app’s “Check pending purchases” option with the account originally used for the purchase.

Saving, deletion, and availability

Projects and finished media are stored on your device. Temporary server inputs and outputs are removed within 24 hours. Export a backup before deleting the app, changing devices, or removing local projects. We cannot recover files that exist only on a device you have erased.

You can delete your account from the app. Deletion removes access to that account and its unused credits; it does not automatically request a purchase refund. We may change the service and will communicate material changes that affect paid use. If service availability affects purchased credits, contact support for assistance and any remedies required by law.

Responsibility and consumer rights

The service is provided subject to technical limits and availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for losses caused by content you publish or failure to maintain your own backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and refund rights.
