Privacy policy

Your projects belong with you. Cloud AI processes the content needed to create them.

Stickman Studio is operated by Dicken Christian under the SwiftApps name. This policy covers the iOS app, its generation service, and this website. Contact support@swiftapps.club for privacy questions.

What stays on your device

The app stores your projects, scripts, scene edits, downloaded artwork, narration takes, and exported movies on your device. Project data may be included in your device backups according to your iOS settings. Your sign-in session is stored in a protected app file excluded from backups. Deleting the app removes its local files; copies saved elsewhere remain there.

What we process in the cloud

• Account: your Apple account identifier, an internal user ID, authentication tokens, and an email address if Apple provides one. These support sign-in, account security, and your credit balance.
• Creative content: the prompts, script, source notes, narration text, scene directions, and selected reference images needed for the generation you request. We also process the resulting text, images, or audio.
• Usage and purchases: generation status, timestamps, credit charges, provider usage receipts, and Apple transaction identifiers. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your card information.
• Service operations: hosting and API providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include.

Who processes your content

Our backend uses Supabase for authentication, job processing, and temporary private storage. Script requests go to Google Gemini, image requests to OpenAI, and narration text to xAI. We ask for your permission in the app before sending creative content to these AI services. Submit only content you are entitled to share.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Apple provides sign-in and in-app purchases. These providers may process data in countries other than your own and retain operational or safety records under their own policies. Our 24-hour storage limit does not describe their independent retention practices.

How long we keep data

Temporary generation inputs and outputs in our service are scheduled for removal within 24 hours. Download completed takes into your project; temporary cloud storage is not a project backup. We keep account balances and generation accounting while you use the service. Purchase identifiers, credit adjustments, and a one-way identifier used to prevent repeated free trials may be retained after account deletion for fraud prevention, transaction disputes, and legal obligations. These records do not retain your prompts or generated media.

Support correspondence and necessary security records are retained only as needed to address requests, protect the service, and satisfy applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you previously sent to support.

Your choices and rights

You can stop submitting content at any time, remove local projects, export project backups, or delete your cloud account in the app. See account deletion instructions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, obtain a copy of your data, or complain to your local privacy authority. Email us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify account ownership.

We use account and purchase data to provide the service you request, your permission for AI content sharing, and necessary operational records to secure the service and meet legal obligations. Withdrawing permission stops future AI processing; it does not undo processing already completed.

Advertising, tracking, and children

We do not sell your personal information, use advertising SDKs, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. This site uses no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Stickman Studio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Policy changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Material changes to how creative content is shared will be explained in the app before further processing.
